The first 40 under 40 award project, APA Case Study: JP Morgan Chase highlights the construction of a fast-track freestanding bank branch in New Albany, Ohio that was scheduled for completion in just 120 days. The hybrid design combines an engineered wood roof with metal framed walls to produce a shell system that is durable, sound, economical, rapid to build and capable of supporting a wide variety of client finish options.
