Norton Ghost Backup Questions

Norton Ghost seemed to "truncate" the backup image due to some limits.
Can someone help explaining it?

Which version of Norton Ghost did you use?

Norton Ghost had a potential buggy situation in making the backup images beyond certain copies of image. After the number (say 7 times), the image files take too much space of your hard drive, then it might "truncate" the images or just gave up the image backup process.

You might want to go to their web site getting their patches or simply just send a request to their technical support.
