Are there any problems with these beam end bearing conditions?

Basic structural design rules:
Steel to steel connection is better than steel to wood connection.
If steel beam has to land on a wood post, make sure the following is checked:
-End bearing at the wood post
-Lateral constraint is provided. (Are you sure the steel beam will stay here all the time?)
What about adding some straps?
-Wood post base anchorage
-What's it keeping the wood post functioning like a single column?
-Load path (Is it there?)
