    I found out a good way to use AV and firewall in Windows PC:

    AV - use Kaspersky 6 (install this one first)
    Firewall - Zonealarm internet security suite

    Use Windows XP SP2 is a must as the minimum.

    Kaspersky has free 30 days trial period.
    Zonealarm has free 15 days trial period.
